FACHC is currently accepting Speaker Abstracts for Sessions for the 2026 FACHC Annual Conference.

We are open to speakers who can share their knowledge on topics that fall into one of the following Session Tracks:

    • Operations
    • Finance
    • Clinical
    • Pharmacy
    • HR/Workforce
    • Marketing/Communications
    • Other topics relevant to Florida FQHCs

The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 9, 2026.

If you would like to submit an abstract for a Session Topic, please complete the submission form below.

*Prior to the approval and inclusion of a presentation in the 2026 FACHC Annual Conference, speakers must review, agree to, and sign a Speaker Agreement that outlines the expectations and responsibilities of both FACHC and the speaker. Additionally, speakers will be required to submit a completed W9 form to be considered for travel reimbursement.
