2025 FACHC Annual Conference

FACHC is currently accepting Speaker Abstracts for Sessions for the 2025 FACHC Annual Conference. “Bridging Care & Community; Forging vital pathways for increased access and sustainability.”

We are open to speakers who can share their knowledge on topics that fall into one of the following Session Tracks:

    • Operations
    • Finance
    • Clinical
    • Pharmacy
    • HR/Workforce
    • Marketing/Communications
    • Other topics relevant to Florida FQHCs

If you would like to submit an abstract for a Session Topic, please complete the submission form.

*Prior to the approval and inclusion of a presentation in the 2025 FACHC Annual Conference, speakers must review, agree to, and sign a Speaker Agreement that outlines the expectations and responsibilities of both FACHC and the speaker. Additionally, speakers will be required to submit a completed W9 form to be considered for travel reimbursement.
